Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Raging Network Services, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the LeadForge platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Business Lead Data
The Service collects publicly available business information from the following sources:
- Google Maps Places API — business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, ratings, and review counts
- Public websites — services offered, technology stack signals, contact emails published on the business's own website
- Meta Ad Library — public advertising activity from Facebook/Instagram's transparent ad library
- AnyMailFind — business email addresses derived from public corporate domain data
All business data collected is from public sources or licensed API providers. We do not purchase data from data brokers, scrape private information, or access non-public records.
1.2 Customer Information
When you sign up for the Service, we collect:
- Name, company name, and email address
- Billing information (processed via secure payment processor — we do not store card numbers)
- Vertical and metro targeting preferences
- Communications between you and our team
1.3 Usage Data
We collect anonymized usage analytics including pages visited, features used, and API calls made through the Service. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
2. How We Use Information
- To discover, score, and generate outreach copy for business leads as requested by our customers
- To deliver lead batches and summary reports
- To improve our scoring algorithms, copy quality, and data accuracy
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- To process payments and maintain billing records
- To send service notifications, updates, and product announcements
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade business lead data or customer information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- With customers — lead data is delivered to the customer who requested that specific batch
- With API providers — we query Google Maps, AnyMailFind, and other providers as needed to generate leads; their use of query data is governed by their respective privacy policies
- Legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or government regulation
- Business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice to affected customers)
4. Data Retention
- Raw API responses are cached for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted
- Customer lead batches are retained for the duration of the subscription plus 30 days
- Customer account data is retained until account closure, then deleted within 30 days
- Cost logs (anonymized, no business names) are retained for 2 years for financial auditing
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) for all API calls and web traffic
- API keys stored in encrypted credential stores, never in plaintext
- Database access restricted to authenticated application endpoints
- Regular security reviews of our infrastructure
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a data breach affecting customer data, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours.
6. Your Rights
- Access — You may request a copy of your personal data at any time
- Correction — You may request correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion — You may request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt-out — You may opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Data portability — You may request your data in a machine-readable format

7. Business Lead Data Disclaimer
Business information collected by LeadForge is sourced from public records and APIs. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information (especially email addresses and phone numbers) is current or correct. Customers are responsible for verifying lead data before relying on it for business decisions. Email verification rates of 95%+ are typical but not guaranteed.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is a B2B product and is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
